February 09, 2010 – Minneapolis, MN -Lighthouse1 CEO and President Jeff Young and Consumer Directed Healthcare Institute (CDHCI) Executive Director David Randall delivered a keynote presentation entitled “Doing More with Less: How to Harness Employee Engagement in the New Era of Healthcare Consumerism” at the 2010 Employer Health & Human Capital Congress on February 3, 2010. Young and Randall discussed how current economic factors and rising healthcare costs are impacting the healthcare industry.

The 2010 Employer Health & Human Capital (EHHC) Congress was held February 2nd through 5th in Washington, D.C. The EHHC Congress attracted nearly 500 executives from Fortune 1000 employers including some notable keynotes from Dow Chemical, Black and Decker, Alere and United Healthcare. EHHC Congress presentations focused in topics concerning healthcare reform, wellness trends and technology advancements in an extraordinarily dynamic industry.
