    This is a responsible supervisory position that involves administering human resources policies, programs and practices: including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and directing. Duties include formulating policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department and recommending policies and practices to senior management.

    ■ Duties and Responsibilities
    • Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.
    • Prepares, recommends, and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
    • Designs personnel forms and directs the maintenance of personnel records by all departments.
    • Serves as EEO specialist.
    • Proposes, publishes, and administers personnel policies.
    • Conducts wage and salary surveys.
    • Administers classification programs, which includes classifying and reclassifying positions, and writing job descriptions.
    • Processes all new employees and all change-of-status forms.
    • Maintains permanent personnel records.
    • Provides public information such as verifying employment.
    • Conducts orientation programs.
    • Coordinates grievance panel nominations, hearings, and activities.

    ■ Core Requirements:

    • Ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management

    • Eight (8) years' managerial and supervisory experience in public or private personnel management; OR
    • A bachelor's degree in personnel management, public administration, psychology, or education; and three (3) years' general experience in the HR field; OR
    • A Master's degree in Human Resource management or related Personnel/Human Resources field.
    • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SPHR) preferred.

    ■ Qualifications and Core Requirements:

    As a high-energy, enthusiastic, customer-focused associate you will be responsible for providing Lighthouse1 OnDemand software application usage and troubleshooting assistance to clients over the telephone and through email communication. Prior customer support or technical support experiences in software applications, Health Care, Spending Account Administration (FSA, HSA, HRA, etc), Third Party Administration (TPA), or Banking are encouraged but not required.

    ■ Duties and Responsibilities
    • Serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries and issues via telephone and email.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot client issue to resolve them in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate support level.
    • Documents inquiry/issue process from identification through resolution via the trouble ticketing system through Siebel OnDemand.
    • Ensures timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries/issues and escalates when needed to meet the client TAT (Turn Around Time) needs and expectations.
    • Ensures client satisfaction through positive interaction with the client as well as comprehensive responses to the inquiries/issues.
    • Identifies and escalates questions and/or problems in order to ensure a corrective action is pursued and expedited.
    • Performs processes as defined through departmental policies and procedures.
    • Manages additional projects as they are assigned.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • This position does require some evening work (until 7PM), occasional on-call time, willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
    ■ Qualifications and Core Requirements:

    • Solid marketing and project management skills are critical, including defining and owning marketing plans and programs

    • Event and logistical strategy and project management
    • Experience in working with partners is a plus, as is the ability to effectively interact with senior executives in outside organizations
    • Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information yet able to use sound business judgment to provide actionable recommendations to cross function teams internally
    • Excellent organization, communication, cross-group collaboration, virtual team management, and analytical skills are also required
